Most serial numbers can be found on the back or bottom of the product, and they're typically near a barcode. Serial numbers are 17 digits long (or 4 digits long for some headphones) and can include letters and numbers. In addition, for products compatible with the Bose Connect app, the Bose Music app, the Bose Sleep app or the Bose Hear app, the serial number will be displayed under Settings > Product Info in the app.

If you cannot find your serial number on your product, here are a few additional places it may be located:
A 4-digit code located on the earbud body or the eartip. You may need to remove the silicone tip to see it.
The 17-digit serial number will be located on the inside of the earcup. You may have to slightly lift the inner fabric to see the label.
Check the headband for a 4-digit code. If you are unable to locate one, remove the cushion to reveal the 17-digit serial number on the earcup. If your headphones use a rechargeable battery, remove the battery and look inside the battery compartment.
The 17-digit serial number will be on the bottom of the charging case.
The 17-digit serial number for the headset will be on the headband under the cushion. There may be an additional serial number in the control module in the battery compartment.
The 17-digit serial number is located on the underside of the speaker near the USB port. If there is a cover on the speaker, unzip the cover.
The 17-digit serial number is located on the inside of the left arm.
The serial number is located on the back or bottom of the speaker.
The serial number is located on the back or bottom of the soundbar, the back or bottom of the Acoustimass module or the bottom of the control console.
The 4-digit serial number is located on the back of the headset next to the charging port.
