Charging the battery
Find out how to charge the battery in your product so you can use it on the go.
To charge the battery:
Note: This product cannot be used or worn while charging.
The light on your product blinks white while charging, then glows solid white when charged. Each time you power on the Frames, a voice prompt announces the battery level
A full charge takes about 1 hour and lasts for about 8 hours of use. A quick 30 minute charge will get you about 4 hours of battery life.
- Connect the small end of the USB cable to the USB-C port
- Connect the other end to a USB-A wall charger (not provided)
CAUTION: Use this product only with an agency-approved power supply that meets local regulatory requirements (i.e. UL, CSA, VDE, CCC).

Plugging in overnight will not overcharge the battery
Lithium batteries have a built-in auto-off feature when a full charge is reached to prevent the battery from being overcharged. Even while still plugged in, the battery level will have to drop below a certain point to trigger the charging again.
