Understanding LED indicator status lights and information

Find out what the LED indicator light on your product tells you about the status of your product.

LED status information

The status light is located on the right temple.

Bluetooth® connection status - Shows the Bluetooth connection status for mobile devices.
  • Slowly blinks blue: Ready to connect
  • Quickly blinks blue: Connecting
  • Solid blue (10 seconds): Connected

Battery status - Shows the battery charge level.
  • Blinks red (10 seconds): Need to charge
  • Blinks white: Charging
  • Solid white: Full charge
Error status
  • Blinks red and white (repeated): Error - contact Bose customer service
