Setting an Alarm

Alarm 1

1. Turn off your system
2. Press and hold the Alarm Set button until the Alarm 1 indicator begins flashing on the system display
3. While holding Alarm Set, press the Tuning buttons to set the alarm time, or hold the buttons to scroll faster

Alarm 2

1. Turn off your system
2. Press and hold the Alarm Set button and, while holding it, press the Alarm Mode button once so the Alarm 2 indicator begins flashing on the system display
3. Press the Tuning buttons to set the alarm time, or hold buttons to scroll faster
   Tip: If not adjustments are made within 10 seconds of pressing Alarm Mode in step 2, the system exits alarm setup mode

Alarm 1

1. Turn off your product
2. On the top of your product, press the Alarm Mode button until the desired alarm mode appears below Alarm on the system display:
   • The music note icon indicates the radio is the alarm sound
   • The sound wave icon indicates a tone is the alarm sound
   • No icon indicates the alarm is disabled

Alarm 2

1. Turn off your product
2. On the top of your product, press and hold the Alarm Set button: Alarm begins blinking on the display
3. While holding Alarm Set, press the Alarm Mode button once: Alarm 2 begins blinking on the display
4. Release Alarm Set, press the Alarm Mode button until the desired alarm mode appears above Alarm 2 on the system display:
   • The music note icon indicates the radio is the alarm sound
   • The sound wave icon indicates a tone is the alarm sound
   • No icon indicates the alarm is disabled

Note: To set an alarm, the clock must be visible on the product display, not the alarm time.

Setting Alarm 1

Select an alarm sound

1. Power off your product
2. Repeatedly press the Alarm Mode button until the icon for the sound you want appears below Alarm on the product display.
   • A music note icon indicates the radio will sound
   • A sound wave icon indicates the buzzer will sound

Select a radio station (for radio alarms)

1. Press and hold the Alarm Set button
2. Press the Preset button for the station you want to hear when the alarm sounds.

Select an alarm volume

• For radio alarms, use the volume buttons to set the volume level
• For buzzer alarms, when alarm sounds, use the volume buttons to set the volume level.

To turn off the alarm

Press the On/Off button to turn on or off the alarm.

Setting Alarm 2

Select an alarm sound

1. Power off your product
2. Press and hold the Alarm Set button and, while holding it, press the Alarm Mode button: Alarm 2 flashes on the display
3. Release Alarm Set
4. Repeatedly press Alarm Mode button until the icon for the sound you want appears above Alarm 2 on the product display.
   • A music note icon indicates the radio will sound
   • A sound wave icon indicates the buzzer will sound

Select a radio station (for radio alarms)

1. While Alarm 2 flashes on the product display, press and hold the Alarm Set button
2. Press the Preset button for the station you want to hear when the alarm sounds.

• For radio alarms, use the volume buttons to set the volume level
• For buzzer alarms, when alarm sounds, use the volume buttons to set the volume level.

To turn off the alarm

Press the On/Off button to turn on or off the alarm.
