Cannot tune to a desired AM or FM radio station
If you are unable to select a particular radio station using the seek or tune buttons, try the following:
Determine if the issue is with channel spacing.
If radio stations display and tune properly but there is still a reception problem, see No or poor AM or FM radio reception.
Use the SoundTouch app to listen to the station, if available.
TuneIn and iHeartRadio are available for free in the SoundTouch app. Check if the station you want to hear is available from either service. Streaming the station from the app avoids reception issues experienced with AM/FM radio. For more info, see Using the SoundTouch app.
