Serial number location
Serial numbers contain important information about your product, including model number and DOM (Date of Manufacture). The serial number can be found on your product, product packaging or app (if applicable).
ProFlight headset and down cable serial number locations
There are two serial numbers on the product: one on the headset and one on the down cable.
- The headset serial number is located below the right side pad cushion. Gently peel away the cushion to view the serial number.
- The down cable serial number is located inside the battery compartment. Gently open the battery door and remove the batteries to view the serial number, which is below the QR code.
Note: The battery door is attached to the control module. Open it gently to avoid detaching the door.
