Product not working after exposure to water

If your product is not functioning properly after getting wet, view the following:

Remove as much water as possible by tapping the Frames

Aim the ports on the back of the Frame arms downward, and tap the Frames to have any remaining water drip out of the arm. There is also a port on the top of the frames. Turn them upside down and tap the Frames again. Once all the water has dripped out of the Frames, try them again.
